It's the doubles baby!

In math, we are learning all about the doubles! Below is our doubles rap. It went home in our folders on Tuesday! We are doing a great job memorizing our doubles!

Here we are practicing using our doubles plus one.

This game is called "Last to School" and it's a doubles game!

Miss Moran joins us for math twice a week. Here she is teaching us a new doubles game!

States of Matter!

We are learning about the states of matter in science! So far we have learned about solids and liquids! We have been exploring different materials and using evidence to classify them as solids or liquids. Take a look!
Hmmm...what is this?

WOAH! This is cool!

Exploring...

It moves slowly!

Hmmm...I can see through it!

Scientists record their findings!

Day TWO!

Cereal...we can smash it up. Solid or liquid?

Aluminum foil sample! It's a solid!

Green water! Addison and Zola learning how to use the basters.

Miss Jen came to help-we made orange juice!

Green water is a liquid!

Scientist Nathaniel recording his findings.

Zola and Addison are loving science!

Elsa making orange juice! We discovered that the orange rind is a solid and the juice is a liquid.
