Read to Someone!

In our first grade classroom we do the Daily 5 for reader's workshop. We have been practicing read to self where we read alone. Today, we started read to someone!!We sit EEKK when we read to someone which means we sit Elbow to Elbow, Knee to Knee. We make sure we read quietly, we stay in one spot, we read the WHOLE time, and we get started right away! Check out how great we did by looking at our pictures below:

Tunbridge Fair 2017

We went to the Tunbridge Fair on Thursday, September 14, 2017! We saw awesome animals, exhibits, and antiques! We loved the violin maker, the baby pigs and chicks, and the yummy maple cotton candy! We were so lucky because we had several wonderful parent volunteers! Thanks for joining us everyone!! If you have pictures from your group, please post them in the comments!
